RF & MW Relay Switches

SURON's reeds (also referred to as blades) are key components for electromechanical RF relay switches, with high performance reliability for aerospace, aviation and submarine systems.

SURON's manufacturing processes guarantee the reeds' long-life span, as many as 106 switching-cycles. The reeds' flatness ensures uniform electrical contact. Tight control of linear dimensions enables smooth movement of the reeds inside the switch. Metal finish and electroplating provide an optimal combination of corrosion and wear resistance, along with improved conductivity.

RF & MW Coaxial Switches and Filters

RF and MW Filters

SURON's ultra fine and fine Mesh Filters are found in passive waveguide components, such as directional couplers, band pass filters, frequency multipliers, and more. Our unique picosecond laser technology produces extremely accurate features, which are required for these passive components.

 

We also produce shims for calibration kits of Network Analyzers (VNA).  SURON's Mesh Filters and Calibration Shims for passive waveguide components cover frequencies starting from several GHz and up to 1.1 THz.
